Shea Butter Shipping & Care Notice

At Basix Soap Co., we do everything we can to help preserve and protect your order during shipping.

During warmer weather, Shea Butter orders may include an ice pack to help protect the product while in transit. Because Shea Butter is a natural product, it may soften or partially melt when exposed to higher shipping temperatures.

If your Shea Butter arrives softer than you prefer, place it in the refrigerator for approximately 25 minutes, or until it becomes solid again.

Softening or melting during transit does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the Shea Butter.

Thank you for understanding that temperature changes can occur during shipping. We take extra care when preparing every order so your Basix products arrive in the best condition possible.
